Aopen DUW1608/ARR Stops burning

I have had this burner for going on 2 years and it worked great up until baout 6 months ago. Now when I try to burn anything it just stops, no error, it just stops. Nero will keep working like nothiing is wrong. It will freeze at 23% or sometime 87%. The fix for this used to be powering down the PC and unpluging the burner for about 10sec. Not that does not work. Does anyone have any ideas or is just time to get a new burner.
