| Vista does not recognise Blank DVD Media Hi, this is my first post, so bear with me if I have it in the wrong location. I am having a problem with my 2 LG DVD burners, they will read DVD's and CD's, and they will write CD's, but will not write DVD's, it will only recongnise the blank DVD's as CD's. I know this is a Software related issue, because I removed both drives and put them in a XP machine and they burn blank DVD's no problems at all. Both drives were working in the Vista machine, but both stopped at the same time. I have cleaned them, firmware upgraded them, but still to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Jimmy... |
