| Sonic Record Now Every time I try to make a Data Disc it tells me that numerous files could not be copied because the file names are too long.. How can I remedy this.. I have yet to copy any of my personal pictures, word docs etc. This items are very important and I can't seem to get them backed up on DVD. |

| Re: Sonic Record Now from the help file: File system notes: Microsoft Joliet has been used since Windows 95. This system can handle file names up to 106 characters. Choose ISO+Joliet to make a disc readable by as many computers as possible. Use ISO Level 2 only if you are familiar with this file system type. The DVD file system is preset to ISO+Joliet+UDF [106 character filenames]. It cannot be changed. |
