please help using nero6 to make a simple picture slideshow - Club CDFreaks

used to make these simply with ecdc5 never needed to make one with nero but do now.

have nero 6 and my digital camera pics on harddrive tried with nerovision to make slideshow but after it burns them and i play on computer pix are distorted (i take all pix in fine with a 4 megapixel camera).
i see in nerovision settings for this it saves pix as .png by default but gives choices to change them in drop down list should i change to jpeg?

what would make the distortion when in fact the wipes and fades are perfect.

also they do not play on my standalone dvd player when ecdc's used to.

is there a guide somewhere i could follow?

try saving them as a gif or better yet a jpg file png (portable network graphics) are very very compressed usually and so lose quality

actually my research shows the opposite with png being a lossless format when in fatc jpg is lossy.

but either way i seem to be finding nero6 is not capable of making a simple slide show on cd with it degrading quality to vcd.

ecdc used to be able to do it i think with there photo part of program.
