New InCD Posted On November 13th.

It is version 3.51.61. And it is supposed to improve compatibility with Windows XP. I installed it and it is working more predicably than the last version. Go get it.

You may be just lucky. Sorry to quash your enthusiasm, but try to read and modify CD-MRW discs formatted with earlier versions of InCD (see my post from 10:36am).
