Hello,

I recently purchased a Samsung Super Writemaster and when I went to copy a DVD for the first time, the following error message came up. It said "command sequence error" and "could not perform start track" I've tried twice now (thinking it was a bad DVD) and got the same error both times. I'm copying from a generic DVD-R (from a copymaster store) to a Sony DVD-R.

Please help! Thanks!
