| How to force RecordNow Max to write at 1x? Is there any way to force RecordNow MAX 4.5 into 1x writing ? I need this to get the best performance when running backups on my PS2 /Wolliman ![]()

| This topic has been here for a while, but it never hurts to reply ![]() First of all, in normal mode it should be very easy to select recording speed (just choose 1x in drop-down box). If you want to use the wizard, you can also set the maximum recording. For doing that you have to go to Tools - Options (F3) and choose 'Wizard'. Now alter the option 'Limit the maximum recorder speed to: 'Minimum Recording Speed'. If that doesn't work, it's probably the writer. Maybe you can find some hacked firmware which will enable you to record at 1x.
