FarStone's Virtual Drive Pro 8.0...

I think I've read some of just about every subject in here concerning game Backup Programs...but I have yet to hear anyone mention FarStones "GameCopy" program...or the Virtual Drive Pro 8.0--which combines Virtual Drives, GameCopy, and GameDrive. Has anyone out there used this software? I used to Use a Virtual Drive Program of their's for quite a while...until it could no longer run the newer Game's with the Newer Copy Protection Schemes. But they now have totally new Software out, and these people are not a small company. If anyone is interested in looking at what they offer, the address is www.Farstone.com.
So, if anyone has had the opportunity to use their new software, I am very interested in knowing how it does... and how it stacks up to, say, Alcohol 120%...or Blindwrite, CloneCD, etc. They claim they give full support, free and timely updates, and built-in Emulation to run those 'Difficult to run' Copy Protection Schemes. Also, they sell their program on Disc Or Download; your choice. Personally, I greatly prefer to have the disc's to downloading any program.
Here is one paragraph from their Web site...talking about their GameCopy Program:
"On the flipside, GameCopy is an easy-to-use program that requires no plug-ins or illegal decrypters. One simple click and you can burn perfect copies that work on any system. Another thing to note is that if the game is using the New SecuROM protection you will need to use Daemon Tools in order for your BlindWrite or Alcohol copy to work. GameCopy already supports most games using the New SecuROM protection."
Now, they are careful to say (or rather not to say) their program will make working copies of Safedisc up to 2x...and specify other game protections as well. I intend to call them next week, and discuss this in detail with someone. Personally, I do not care if I have to use Emulation to get a virtual drive to operate with some specific game--or disc for that matter.
So if anyone has had the opportunity to use this software, Please, let me know how it has performed for you.
Thanks! :-)

Existing burning programs like Alcohol, BlindWrite and CloneCD require additional plug-ins and are not easy to use. These programs cannot make copies of new games without the use of a freeware plug-in called Twinpeak. Using this plug-in is a very complex and tedious process that is not guaranteed to work. Unless you have advanced knowledge of copy-protection cracking you will not be able to make a backup with these programs.

What a load of bull.

Yes. GameCopy works with all four of the major copy protections used on the most popular CD/DVD-ROM games: SafeDisc, SafeDisc2, SecuROM and LaserLock. You can bypass the latest "unbreakable" protections using GameCopy's state of the art emulation and burning process!

Correct me if i'm wrong, but when were we able to erase CD Recordables???

They seem to have taken our quote off.
