Burning Software Discuss, CDRWIN 3.9e - "Disc not writeable/not supported" at International Chat: Software related forum; hi, everytime i try to use CdrWin i get this message ("Disc not writeable or not supported"). Is this simply because my burner is not supported, and if so is there anything i can do to fix it. thx in advance.

First off, what kind of burner do you have? It could be that it's not supported, I know that the LiteOns I have don't work very well with it. If it's not supported then there isn't really anyway to fix it. Unless they come out with a new version. It's possible somebody made a patch, but I've never heard of any yet. Also, what kind of media are you using? It could be that the brand you got isn't very good. It might be and pobably is that you just got some bad media. Have you tried using other burning software like Nero or BlindWrite?
