This is probably the most comprehensive review I have ever seen on this software. What a great job. I really enjoy reading your reviews as I do I do all the others, but this one is a gem. Congrats on a job well done.

Great review, thank you.

One hugely important point to know is that when purchasing this s/w through the NTI website the ONLY option is to take delivery by CD, via USPS in 7-14 days (arrrrrgh!) -- it's NOT downloadable!

Extremely frustrating, to say the least, in this day and age, especially because purchase webform did NOT make it clear that this was the ONLY way and that a download would not also be available. Extremely poor customer relations; I just hope their customer return desk makes up for it on Monday.

Yes, the titanium suite is by box only; that might be due to some of the literature that ships with it.

Re: CD Freaks Presents: NTI CD&DVD Maker 7 Titanium Suite

Hey Kipper my wifes cousin is having problems with this s/w and was wondering if it is more for an advanced user. He's very new to burning CD/DVD's. He has not had a successful burn. I don't know what burner/media he has either. TIA

Hey rolling

Shortly after the review I put this program on my grandsons system, he burns occasionally with it but I do not think he has got into the more advanced aspects of it. He says he likes it and is only 12 years old so I think it is not that advanced.

Have the cousin check to ensure they have any updates to it installed.

wow fast reply I'm not sure he has the full version or not. He's asking me questions and his pc is 250 miles from here and he's here for TG. I'm going to give him the addy to your review and see if that helps him.

Thank you again for the reply and Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
