CD burner app that lets you 'leave disc open' to burn more data to same disc later? - Club CDFreaks

Been using ImgBurn to 'build' data CDs but the program will not allow you to leave a session open, so if I want to burn a disc, then add some files to it later I can't as the disc is closed. I know Nero allows you to leave a session open, at least it has in the past, so that you can continuously add content to it burn after burn until full, but I'm looking for a minimalistic burner app similar to ImgBurn, as I would rather not use Nero.

Might there be a bloatware free burner application that allows me to leave a data CD session open?

Windows xp will do this for you.

Try CDBurnerXP Pro. It's free & will do just what you want I believe.

Place a cd in you burner and open windows explorer and drag the files on to the disc
the disc will always remain open to add files at a later stage
