| Burning AVI's I have a Philips DVDR70 attached to my TV and last time I tried I was able to burn an AVI to a blank DVD and then play it back on the DVD player. However - recently I've tried several times and each t ime I've ended up with a coaster or the process just fails to start properly. I currently use Nero but am open to suggestions - or a step by step pointer to how I should do this. Currently I've been using the "Make your own DVD-Video" option from the Nero smart start menu. I am also going to update the firmware on the Philips box. Is there a better piece of software for doing this (I know an open ended question that could lead to debates ....) or is there a better way for me to do what I do? Oh and Nero was updated to include knowledge of the burner within my PC. |
