Ashampoo Burning Studio 6 Query - Club CDFreaks

I recently bought some DVD +R from my usual -R. Burnt some data on it and it reports successful burn. Check the discs and I can't see the files in it. What is going on? When I decided to add to existing complilation I can see the files from the burning software add to existing files on disc but cannot drag it out since it is only adding function. Is there anyway to extract the files in some form or another to save the data so I won't have to throw the discs out? It seems the data is there but just can't be viewable on the dvd-rom but is viewabel on the burning software add to existing files function. If anyone knows of a solution it would be helpful.

One the cd was burned I think that there is no way to make them visible on cd. Try to burn the same data with another software... if everything work fine then throw Ashampoo to the garbage!
