UKDVDR are offering the above drive. I don't know if it is a rebadged Benq or litey, but is quoted as X8 DL burning!

has same specs as benq 1650, same dimensions
and no ram(DQ60)

Well I couldn't get into it to see it but it'll be the SPD2400 which is a rebadged Liteon 1635S & worth every penny when cross flashed back to the Liteon.
