I just returned the ones I purchased 2 days ago. IMHO these were below inferior. First 2 out of the pack didn't burn correctly - confusion on my burner and stand alone play... To verify the discs were bad, I burned the same DVD on my old trusted Fuji - MIJ - Ricoh Mid - W11 001, which have so many reburns I lost count, 200+ and the Fuji's played flawlessly!!!!!!!!! I pride myself on doing the research first thanks to this great site and knowledgable PEOPLE and this is the first time I had to return any cd's or dvd's. Good luck taktik and if you have the time let me know how you faired with yours...

These used to be good, but I agree, the last batch I got was unplayable. I tried them on 8 burners.

The only RW I have found to be reliable are Verbatim. You can get them trough tomorrow at shop4tech.com with 10% off (GC10) and $10 off with Google. Works out to about $18 delivered for 30.

The Taiwanese Ricoh W11 can be hit or miss.

I recorded and erased a few minutes of video from tv using a dvdr and they seem to be ok.I have nothing to compare them to as i'm new at this and these are the first dvd+rw's i've bought.What problems are you having?

I would highly recommend the Office Depot brand DVD+RWs. I picked up a 25 pack for $7.99 a while back. They consistently get 94-95 quality scores with my BenQ 1620. I think they go on sale pretty regularly--keep an eye out.
