WD SATA II with 16 meg of cache, retail, for $81 but you have to go thru price match at staples to bestbuy, and using $15 off $40 purchase coupon, but I'd rather do that since the WD has 16 meg of cache. I missed the Seagate 320 gig deal with perpendicular recording tech chas posted a few days ago. oh well

Re: Segate SATA 3.0 Gb/s 250 Gig HD

Good eye. I was starting to wonder if it was worth it to spend the extra $15 on that 320GB Seagate vs, this 250GB one, didn't notice the size difference in the cache. As for Western Digital, I have had nothing but rotten luck with them (My current WD is the second one I have gone through in 2 years and it is dying as well). BTW anyone know if that barracuda coupon is valid on this HD?
