Just watch the adds at Best-buy, Office Max Ect. I have been buying the 100 pack on the spindle for around $39.95 then there will be a instant rebate of around $10.00 then a mail in rebate for another $20.00 which brings the final price down to $10.00. The rebates will varry but the final price will still be around $10.00 and so will the brands so you just wait for the brand you like.

Some of these deals are great, but some of the media are not that reliable, so it's wise to be picky about which media you buy on sale..

Just got a 100 spindle of Phillips 40x for my 40x benq $20 writer at Best Buy. $39, instant $20 rebate, $14 Phillips rebate and $5 Best buy rebate. Total cost was two postage stamps for 100 40x spindle.

I bought a 100 piece spindle of these today and burned audio disk at 24X (my current max speed) to sounded great to me.
