where was it made?
it seems like it does a wicked good job on the TYG02 but not on the TYG01 - will use the nec3520 for that.

Yo-

My 1640 will not burn the TYG01's - PERIOD!!

I had to pull it out and put in the LiteOn 1693S while I go through the remaining 50 or so-

Probably put it back in as the burner and the 1693S as the reader/ripper and Quality Scan and Kprobe tester-

i dont have any TY01 to try...so i wouldnt know myself...lucked out and got the TY02 every time i ordered

Out of the four 100 shrink packs - only one was the TYG01 - all the rest are TYG02 - and at an average of $.26 each landed at my front door w/tax, shipping, etc-

Needless to say - I am very happy-eh!!

I have the 1640 and my TYG01's burn great. Nero CD-DVD Quality score of 97 every time.

Just tried CS10 and it works but not for sure how long.
