Re: Starbucks/playnetwork "playdisc" .aud format The Mac and Newer Starbuck machines sound more like a Linux PC rather than a simple player. I wonder if I can boot a simple linux OS from a CD and bypass the hard drive? Then you can play your regular CDs BTW.. Replacing Songplay=Next with Songplay=Sequentail in the Txt file worked nicely for me too. Thanks

Re: Starbucks/playnetwork "playdisc" .aud format The problem people are not thinking about is HARDWARE. Yes yes, you can make a compact disc with all that music by whatever means except it's ONLY useful in Starbucks CD players or on a computer with Winamp. No manufacturer makes portable CD players that read this code that we're trying to figure out.

Re: Starbucks/playnetwork "playdisc" .aud format Rebirthing an old thread again... But my place uses these discs... i cant figure them out totally yet, but im working on it thanks to this thread.... but so far, the easiest way i've learned to play your own stuff is an iPod on shuffle run into the back of the amp... all the controls are self explanatory from there.... that's what we call the "Club ON" ![]()
