I use a couple nuWave 8 from Nubert (a German manufacturer), powered by a David Hafler preamp and Kenwood end-amplifier.
The sound comes from a SBLive! Value.

To wake the neighbors? Either WeberVST, JBL or vintage Jensen in my guitar amps.

JBL on the stereo.

If you are looking for excellent 2.1 sound, the THX certified Logitech Z-2300's are fabulous.
