Welcome Kenneth,

i removed your email address to avoid spam in your inbox. A simple rule to protect you from spam and your privacy don't post your email address in a forum.
I guess you're talking about homemade DVDs with your own camera so they're not protected?

Re: Ripping Soundtrack from DVD

Well one way is to record with an audio editor like Goldwave or better yet Audacity(free) and save as wav or MP3 to HDD and use burrrn to burn....
another way,

and yet another ,

You could also use Super on your VOB and save as MP3 audio only...
Others will post with there tips soon enough as there's lots of help here...good luck!
