Recording Audio w/ Z-CLV Drives

Hi!

I was wondering if recording audio CD's with Z-CLV drives affects the recorded audio? I ask this because from what I've read, the drives actually stops recording, changes speed and then continues recording until the next zone is reached... Does this affect the audio in any way (introducing clicks or pops)?

Thx

Apparently the link-blocks between the different zones are that small they are not considered as a gap in the audio data, so you shouldn't notice anything on a cd burned with z-clv. For myself I haven't experienced any troubles with cd's written at 40 sp with my LiteOn ltr-40125s (zsoa)!

I have the 32x Z-CLV Litey, and burned audio sounds fine.
