Original Audio disc is Alariss Morissett
When put into my cdrom drive i get a macromedia flash screen.
With the option to visit there web site....

Exploring the disc in Explorer there are no audio track listed!
"View all is enabled" (unsing CDROM not Writer)

Using Nero Save track i am able to rip them down as mp3 files onto my hard drive and play them via my pc.

But when i burn them to disc as mp3 files to play in my DVD player they dont work? (Under the TV).

mp3 files i have downloaded work fine once burned onto a CD.

So its only these Original Audio Disc's i'm having the problem with.

Any idea's please.....
Any altrenatives to the above method?

I dont want a 1:1 copy i want to convert to mp3 and then onto a disc.
As i would like to group all my favorites together.

EAC -> Action -> Detect TOC manually.

Do they sound right in the computer? Then, it's your DVD: it can't read that media.
