hey guys i need your help. i'm using nero wave editor and i want to eliminate the vocals to make the audio file like a soundtrack. Can someone explain how i can do this properly please

Hire a cover band to play the music for you. Un-mixing already recorded music is no trivial task. You might try looking for some Karaoke software or disks.
