Audio Discuss, Low audio on original CD how do you.... at International Chat: Software related forum; Raise the audio to a higher volume when recording.What program should i use to improve the volume of some cd's i need to burn,they are recorded in a low volume to start with.I need to raise them up because play back is low

You can rip the cd an then use mp3gain to increase the volume of the mp3s.

You'll have a quality loss by doing so.
I'd recommend EAC and use normalization (built-in) for wav(e)-files. You'll have no quality loss by doing so.
