| high pitched noise on burned audio CD Is there a way to "clean" a high-pitched" noise from a burned CD? I tried converting thedownloaded files to mp3, wave and cda - but all three versions of my burned CD's have the same problem. There are a couple of tracks on the wave one I did last night, which has no noise. I am suspecting that these files are bad to start with, they came from a download, not from an original store bought CD. Is it possible that Limewire, for example, would on purpose distort the sound files making the downloaded music files "unburnable"?? Or perhaps my settings on the converting software are incorrect. Thank you for your advice. |

| Re: high pitched noise on burned audio CD Honestly, if you use P2P, you can get (and will get) crappy stuff all the time. Also, lawyers could shortly knock on your doors.
