| Re: DVD Audio ripper ? I prefer: Xilisoft DVD Audio Ripper. Tidbit: AC3, DTS, and MP2 are lossy codecs. Converting them to MP3 is transcoding. LPCM (aka PCM Stereo) This is the only audio format on standard DVDs that is lossless. Due to its high bitrate, (it is uncompressed, like an Audio CD) it is only ever stereo. * If you do convert LPCM; to the format of your choice, you have to downsample to 44.1kHz. |
