DVD-Audio questions

so is it yet possible too rip DVD-Audio? if so, how?

Also, I saw a few DVD-Audio disc's today at some store, and a lot of them displayed the DTS logo rather promenitly - do those only have the music in the lossy DTS format, or do they have it in the lossless MLP format, as well, even though they have no mention that I can easily find of MLP?

And if they just have the DTS tracks on them... couldn't you just get those from music video DVD's? Or would those have the music remixed to DTS 5.1?

Lastly, are there any DVD-Audio disc's that support DTS EX 6.1, or Dolby Digital EX 6.1? Or perhapes maybe SDDS, hehe?
