| dB Power Amp bitrate conversion ? does anyone know if this utility re-encodes, when changing bitrate, or simply removes some information? ie, do you end up with a 160 version of a 192 file, or do you end up with a 160 mp3 of an mp3 ? would a 192 > 192 conversion give an identical file? i have tried the following 192 > 96 and 192 > 128 > 96 these give files of absolutely identical size (if that means anything!) cheerz |
