| Copying a cd with scratches Hi, I have a couple of CDs that are badly scratched. I ripped the tracks to my hard disk and burned them onto brand new CD-R hoping it would resolve the problem. It didn't. The music jumps and distorts regularly as it does on the original CDs. When I ripped them with WMP 7.1, I noticed the ripping process slows right down on the "bad" tracks. Are the CDs damaged beyond repair? Thanks! |
