cactus data sheild, will my drive work? - Club CDFreaks

does anyone know if a pioneer dvd-rom 116 will work with catus data sheild 200 protected audio cd's.
i.e. ripping them to wav/mp3 and reading em so clone cd will be able to burn em to a blank cd-r?

I have the Pioneer drive (it is the 16x/40x, or am I wrong?)
Ripping to mp3 won't work. I haven't tryed cloneCD yet.
