Nero & InCD Discuss, Write speed detection issue at Burning Software forum; OK, I just picked up a new DVD burner (Lite-on SHM-165H6) and it is working great except the maximum write speed is set to 2x for DVDs. It should be 16x. I am using Nero 7.0.8.2, does anyone know what the deal is?

Re: Write speed detection issue

Make sure the blank disc is inserted before you try to set the speed. If you are doing this, what is the media ID?
