Please Help: what is Session Fixation Error? - Club CDFreaks

hello everyone. when I try to burn any cd with my PIONEER 112D IDE cd writer with Nero 7.5.14.2 under Windows XP SP2 the writing begins and after a while when burning progress completed it fails with the error:
Invalide write state
Could not perform EndTrack
session fixation error
Could not perform Fixation
Burning failed 32x

I installed older nero version and used other brand of CD and even reinstalled Window and update firmware but failes again in writing cd while my drive work properly on other pc.
