Uninstalled Nero 7 trial now dvd shrink problems

I would appreciate any help.I had no problems backing up dvds with anydvd and dvd shrink untill I uninstalled trial version of nero 7 and went back to nero express that came with sony burner. Now dvd shrink and nero will not recognize burner as backup target.I tried unistalling and installing both dvd shrink and nero express without luck.Is this a possible registry problem with the uninstalled nero 7?And if so how do I fix that. Thanks so much in advance.Kalmknight

Re: Uninstalled Nero 7 trial now dvd shrink problems

Uninstall all versions of Nero on your PC, then download and run the Nero General Clean Tool.

After you've done all that, reinstall the Nero version of your choice.

Hope it helps
