Nero & InCD Discuss, Unable to restore disc image with bootable disk at Burning Software forum; I recently backed up my C: drive with Nero 7 using Drive Backup. Unable to restore disc image with bootable disk

I recently backed up my C: drive with Nero 7 using Drive Backup. I have had to reformat my C: drive and went to use the Bootable Disc I had created.
Unfotunately, this did not work. After booting into Linux, it said
'Nero Backitup Drive Restore Program not found on disc. Please enter second floppy disk containing the Nero Backitup Drive restore Program'.

I then put in a support call to Nero, who didn't have a clue but told me to send an email outliniing the problem. This I did last Monday.

A few days later, I noticed that they had updated Nero 7, so I downloaded the updates and created an *new* bootable cd to see if I could restore my partition.

On booting to the cd, I got a nice red splash screen and then Linux loaded. Alas, then I get the message
Nero Backitup not found on disc!!!

I have emailed Nero Support 3 times with Infotool data, and spoken to them about 5 times. However, 2nd line support have not got back to me.
It is now 5 days since I first contacted them, and nothing seems to be happening.

If anyone can tell me how I can restore from a boot disk, or if they could email me the correct files that need to be on the boot disk - this would be really useful. I have asked Nero Support to give me this info, but again, they don't seem to want to help.

I have a fully registered & paid for copy of Nero Premium and a case number for the support call (Case Info: [1322619002]), but no communication is forthcoming.

As a computer support technician for 18 years myself, I am disgusted with this service, and I will definitely use a different product in the future - as well as asking for my money to be reimbursed for this product

Please - can anyone help........??????
