| Re: Ultra Vs Premium Since no one has answered you, I believe there is very little, if any, difference between Nero Ultra and Premium. It depends on which part of the world you are in. I did read somewhere that there were 2 extra utilities (or codecs) included in the Premium edition, but I cannot find that article now, so it may not be correct.
