Is the box overclocked in any way? Cables properly seated?

Yea, the box is overclocked a wee bit, um I have a Barton 2500+ Mobile, OC'd to like 2.5ghz, I think stock is around 1.87ghz. I still have decent temps, about 43 Celcius full load. Cables are good to go.

Then return to stock speeds (all) and try again....but let the system rest (switched off) for about one hour. This way electronics (caps) can discharge properly.
