| restore HD, will current HD be lost? Hi I made a backup of my hard drive with nero backitup. My hard drive was then wiped. I didnt know how to restore so I've been using my computer for a while. Now I found out how to restore my hard drive. If I restore my hard drive from the disks I made earlier, will my current hard drive be erased? How does this work? Thank you - Bobby |

| Re: restore HD, will current HD be lost? I've never used Backitup, well once I tried it and didn't think it very good. Looking at it quickly & running the restore wizard you should be able to select which folders/files to restore off the backup , restoring to either their original location or to a new one of your choice. Thus your existing data currently on your HD should be safe. |
