| Try to select option "Allow more than 255 characters in path" in the Compilation properties (ISO tab), but this can result in unreadable CD-R after burning, because of non-standart CD mode. Also check if Joliet flag on the same tab is checked.

| Hey I just ran into the same problem an hr ago, I was using 5.5.10.42. So here's what I did. I installed the newer 5.5.10.52, then I tried to use Nero Express which actually didn't have the problem. Then I went back to the normal Nero and it had the default settings for data Cds (like ISO text, level 1 filenames, etc), and I changed them to their proper places. Now it doesn't have that stupid auto renaming anymore. I don't exactly what exactly did the job, but basically after that it works. Good luck |
