Hi All,

I have a huge problem with my burning software Nero 7 Ultra.

I burn a lot of films to DVD and have been doing so on my pc for some time until a month ago when it stopped working.

Nero says the burn went according to plan but doesn't eject the disk and doesn't actually burn to the disk that I insert...

I've also tried burning using Windows burner but that crashes all the time.

Power2Go wont burn .avi files as a DVD.

As you can see I'm pretty stuck. MY tech company who I pay money to help me have told me I need to do a system restore but I think that's a tad drastic.

I've checked and replaced the H/W to make sure its not that but the problem still occurs. Could it be Vista causing the issue?

According to Nero's website, Nero 7 Ultra is Vista compatible since version 7.5.7.0. So my first question: What version of Nero are you running? Check http://www.nero.com/enu/support-faq....indows%20Vista for information on installing Nero 7 on Vista if you have a version older than 7.5.7.0. Click on "I'm having problems when installing Nero 7 on my Vista." You may need an update from Nero.
