Nero 7 Ultra - Audio CD's Sound Breaking Up

Hi All,

I am new to this forum, so please be gentle.

I am having problems when recording music files (MP3's or WMA) to an audio CD through Nero 7. The files burn fine to the cd but when I play the cd back I get what only can be described as a constant break-up in the audio.

Has anyone come across this problem before or do they have any suggestions I can try?

Thanks In advance

Rob

Re: Nero 7 Ultra - Audio CD's Sound Breaking Up

Hello Rob, welcome to CDF - love the username

It's a known problem with most versions of Nero 7 - you have to replace the mp3pro.dll file in the Audio plugins folder with an older one from Nero 6.x.x.x

And easier way would be to just do what I do - burn your audio discs using Burrrn - just drag your music files into the Burrrn window and go. It's free, too

Hi Arachne,

Thanks for your help. I have tried both solutions but still no luck.

Any ideas anyone?
