| masking bad sectors on cd ? Hie everyone, I hope I am posting my doubt in the right section. Is there anyway to set aside "bad sectors" or "scratched parts" or "corrupted part" on a CD-RW and use the rest of the RW just like we do scandisk on floppy? Is packet writing the solution? I already googled on what packet writing is but I don't think it will be of any help. Or is there any other way or a software which can do the needful ? I searched for the problem on the forums and google, but didn't find a solution to the above problem. I would be very grateful if anyone of you could at least tell me whether its even possible or not! |
