hello all .. i'm new to Cdfreaks ..so hello


dvd burner will not start the burn process ... it seem to have just started acting this way a week ago ..i use nero .. and converterXtoDVD and they both will not burn ..... i have the burn log listed below .. i hope some 1 can and will be able to help me with this .. thank you in advance

hello .. i have found the problem and and i hope thats if some 1 else thats reads this post is having the same issue can use what i have learned ,,, below is how i fix my problem .. hope it helps you..

1. Go to Start, Run
2. Type in: regedit then click OK
3. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
4. Look in right pane and find the Upper Filter and Lower Filter entries.
5. Right click on each and select Delete.
6. Close regedit and reboot
