Hi, im new,

I just have a couple of question if anyone would be so kind...

1. Is Nero the best DVD burning software, I.E is it the best for all round usage, i.e Ps2, Box, DVDmovie.....

2. Does it matter wether an Image I have on my HDD is PAL or NTSC, will be playing it on a europe ps2..Uk to be precise..

3. What software will I be able to use, to convert or write a VCD or SVCD to a DVD format, or compatible, ( you know what i mean)??? I have some svcd images on my HDD and I want to write them onto DVD so i can play them on my dvd...

4. Are Ritek the best media for all around usage?..

For the ps2 question, NTSC plays black & white on my ps2 but PAL plays fine.....

so is there a software solution to this problem, I know i used to be able to convert old 700mb images from NTSC to pal but im not too sure about dvd images..
