Another serious Nero problem (or 2)

Since I installed Nero 6 I have nothing but hastle with the overburn-function.

I installed the overburn patch and everything seemed to go fine

After 1 week the overburn function was not available anymore, it was set on overburn but Nero didn't overburn.

Now Nero only burns at speed 8 instead of speeed 16.

I installed Alcohol 120%, a program which is 10% of Nero (3mb instead of 30mb) and it works superb but the multifunctioned Nero I would like to use without problems....anyone can help?
