Nero & InCD Discuss, Adding Tracks In Audio CD at Burning Software forum; Is it possible to add another track on an already burned audio cd? Is there any option to not finalize the audio cdr so I can insert a track in the future?

Yes, but only if there was used the TAO ( Track-at-once ) method.

New Compilation window > Burn tab > Write Method : Track-at-once

User Guide
I tried using TAO, but NERO gives a warning that it isn't compatible with an ISO something and that it won't play in a regular cd player. I tried it anyway and the tracks that I inserted in the next burn wasn't seen by the cd player.

Is there another way so that a regular cd player can play the added tracks in the cd.

The best way for audio is DAO ( Disc-at-once )

In case if you still like to play w the TAO settings,
you may try using CD Mate, that has always been less picky than Nero.

Also this might come in handy >
Track-at-Once recording
