I try to reach from several computers the *.rpc1.org and I cant reach any of that.

So does someone have an idea for how much time the site will be down ?
I need a firmware to crossflash ... Grrr

I too am not able to access that site.

What files do you need? Maybe someone can send them to you if they have it. Another post also mentions of the site being down, and someone has graciously agreed to host the files he has on his website. Here is the link I saw:

Nope the firmware I need are not on this site, The firmware are for My 2 Sony DDU1613 (rebadged LiteOn SOHD-167T)

I need the firmware to crosflash them:

Is there a place that has the specs for the 832S with your CG5G firmware on it. I mean the DVD+-R max write speeds, DVD+-RW max write speeds, CD-R max write speeds, CD-RW max write speeds, and finally the DVD+-R DL max write speeds. This is regardless of media, just a potential max. Thanks.

Load the firmware in OmniPatcher and click the info button. This will give you most of the information (8x4x8x4x). I think the Liteon page is probably long gone but someone may still know of a link to the info. The CD-R speed was 40x read and write, CD-RW 24x write.
