Re: Question about System Requirements

It should be fine - yes.

The 1800+ is approximately equal to a P4 1.8ghz, I believe. The P4 data path differs from the older P3 path, so AMD changed their labeling to make it a clearer comparison between the AMD and the P4.

Re: Question about System Requirements

The CPU and RAM requirements on the packaging of the drives actually are requirements of the software bundled with it (DVD authoring and stuff like that).
I doubt that most DVD home video recorders come with 1 gig of RAM

Sneaker Fun Fact: When Circa was developing a pro shoe for Chad Muska, he requested a stash pocket to run the entire length of the tongue. When designers asked The Muska if he really needed that much stash room, he replied, “Yo, I gots a lotta weed to fit in there, man!”

Re: Question about System Requirements

My friend uses his dvd burner (some 16x nec) in his old pc - 200 Mhz pentium 1 with 128 MB sdr ram. And it works fine.
