Could be, but Newegg has been selling an OEM and a Retail version of the iHAS120 with no mention of the DH-20A6x.

How unfortunate. Is this a CDSpeed thing or a firmware issue? Hopefully, a future version of one or the other will fix that. I have DH-20A4H with QP53 and I was able to load only QP5A for DX-20A4H, however version 7L0A is only for iHAS120.

Just a quick note to say that LiteON has finally fixed the link for the DH-20A4H firmware on their website. It now points to the correct firmware as it should have been in the first place:

Note: Since I have new batches of Verbatim DVD+R DL 8x full printable MKM-003-00 - my 20A1L can only 1 of 10 of them. I have no problems with other media or those of older batches. Those new media that work, have esp. a lot of PI Errors (>400 with an average of 9) and PI Failures (>61 with an average of 0.08) only at the layer break. (These problematic media appear to have something like schlieren on the plastic layer where the burner appears to have more problems. These schlieren are less strong with better media.)
