Hi , do you know a freeware encoder mp3? I have cannamp3 but when iI try to encoder from Cd Ther's a message" No host adapter available" and whit CD_DA extractor 2 the message is" Cd device inizialization failed"

The only game in town is lame + exact audio copy. This will give you perfect mp3's, has a built in id3 tagger that will tag from online databases, can burn cd's, can extract to wav's, mp3, ogg, wma, monkey and so on. Don't even look at anything else (I'm a bit biased, ya see).

See www.exactaudiocopy.de and http://mitiok.cjb.net/ for the lame codec.

i second the EAC + LAME recommendation.

however, i'm not so sure the lite-on forum is the best place for this crosspost.

Or EAC and Gogo 3.11 which is based on Lame 3.8x (I think).
Older but much faster I think.

Maybe you can tell me as well i f there's any significant difference between the two...
